If you wish to make a complaint please advise a member of the reception team that you wish to raise your concern and to speak to the practice manager. We would urge our patients to do this to allow us the opportunity resolve any issues as soon as possible in-house - escalating a concern without discussion in the practice can lead to a considerable loss of GP time due to the additional administration work involved, which in turn impacts on the time available for patient care. However, if after talking to the manager you are still not satisfied, the manager will advise you of the complaints procedure. We do our best to address and learn from any concerns raised and will deal with your concern in line with the NHS Wales 'Putting Things Right' guidance.
